A pizza shop in East Vancouver that feels as easy as your favourite chain with the finesse of fine dining. We opened our doors in August 2024 with a sourdough starter and a need to put random things on top of it.
Just Pizza opened on Kingsway in August 2024, the work of two guys with very different resumes.
Steven, with his fine dining experience working at Michelin-starred restaurants and a renowned sourdough bakery in Oslo, is back home in Vancouver to share his passion for food. His dedication to quality shines through in every slice.
Jan, a product marketer in tech, is obsessed with customer experience and storytelling. His goal is to wow every customer and to give back to the community he now calls home.
We split the menu in two on purpose. Elevated Classics are for the nights you want a really good pepperoni. Adventurous is for the nights you want to be surprised — a Filipino breakfast with longganisa and a sunny-side up egg or a Manak-ish that tastes like a road trip through Lebanon.
